Promised refund and still waiting

Last week Wednesday after putting a complaint up regarding no one assisting with refund an employee calls me and promises me that there will be a refund the following day, we are now on Monday and still have not received anything nor a follow up call. This is the service you get from dealing with DSTV but let you pay late and there will be a court case. Disgusted.
