After posting my previous complaint of STARSAT (TOP TV) which was that my decoder lost signal on the 19th of December and to date has never been reconnected again. Yet I am a prepaid customer who purchased a 30 day voucher on the 1st of December and only viewed 18days of it. After posting my complaint on hello peter on the 27th of December 2013 I was contacted by a starsat consultant on the 3rd of January who told me a technician will come to my house to fix and sort out my problem. Too date no one has ever contacted me again and no one has been to my house to fix the problem > my decoder is still off and starsat (top tv) has my full vouchers money and don't give a whether I view or not. This is utter as im furious because I could've went to DSTV but no, I decided that topTv was a better option. What a load of people. Do yourselves a favour DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.and every time I call them now they wont even call me back, that's how pathetic this service is.so I have no channels for a month now
