Dstv call centre waste of time and money

After being wrongfully disconnected from my dstv account, I contacted dstv several times to get reconnected. The waiting time was so unreasonable, and calling from a cellphone I had to spend a ton of airtime just to get through. After promises to get reconnected, I am still disconnected, and all the money spent on airtime was a waste of time and money.
