Multichoice doesn't recognise successful payments

I have a debit order to pay my account. In November my payment went through as usual. Multichoice disconnected me though, saying payment was unsuccessful. I have a document in my possession from my personal banker signed and stamped by Absa confirming this payment, yet they would not allow that and insists that their statements indicate that I have not paid!
The money went off my account. Multichoice should get their accounts sorted out.
