EFT payment not reflecting

Good Day, I have made a payment on my dstv subscription on the 27th of June 2013 at 23H10 to the value of R695 using eft payment method with a capitec bank account (this payment method I use every month), now on the 1st of July 2013 I have been disconnected, why is this, I have contacted capitec bank, the payment was released to multichoice, my customer number is correct, why am I experiencing stress over this? I have used over a R100 of airtime trying to contact the customer service, my blood is now sufficiently boiling, I will have to go to the doctor to have my blood pressure checked, thanx a lot capitalist. My dstv expenditure is now totalling R795 plus stress, to much blah, blah, blah
