Another accounts frustration.

I have setup a debit order on my account and DSTV seem to fail to debit me but don't ever give me any warning or send me a statement until they cut my account off and bill me an additional reactivation fee.

Added to this, it is impossible to get through to a human in their accounts department and they haven't responded to my tweet.
