Multichoice had suspend my account without my concern, on the 29/11/13 I sent them an email querying about the issue. It was explained to me that the account was suspended because it was in arrears of which I wasn't aware since I've I've been paying Mulchoice through debit order. On the 30/11 the matter was cleared since the fault was on their side and they promised to reconnect my DSTV. 01/12 I told them that is it not connected, they promised to fix the issue. 02/12 I told them again that it is still not working, they haven't responded. This matter has gone for so many days and still my problem is not fixed.
