My PVR was sent in for repair today. No one from customer service has gotten back to me despite over 10 calls on my part to get some feedback. I have been left with no decoder, no feedback while the technician went home unconcerned. I was told no mangers were on duty in the call centre so I could elevate my complaint!
Not acceptable! I demand communication
