I called on Friday to be advised when the debit would run on my account I was told it would run that Friday because the Saturday was the 25th/. The debit order did not run Saturday by the lady at their accounts department. Then I received an SMs notification to say the debit order has gone off my account I called Autopage to unblock my line and they said i would need to wait 2-24 hours. It's been over 24hrs and the phone is still blocked. The lady at accounts would like me to send a statement on a debit order that they put through in order to unblock my account. This has never happened a request of a statement on a debit order that's unheard of. I now have to go to a back stand in a que and request a bank statement on my charges which autopage will not pay. I have not received a notification to say the debit has not run. Firstly the stipulated debit date did not take place and then I must get up and go get a statement and I cannot make any telephone banking transactions as they are not able to verify if the payments has gone through. I asked to be transfer to cancelations and there was nobody available to assist me on this matter.
