CANCEL DSTV CREDIT CARD DEBIT ORDER

Good Day

I have now been back and forth with DSTV and DSTV Support Department for a week now trying to cancel the debit order being deducted off my credit card but seems no one has any clue how to do this.

Multichoice you really need to train your staff!

Please can someone who has any idea how your accounts system works sort something out.
