DSTV won't honour debit order discount

I set-up a credit card debit order on 29 March 2013 to take advantage of the R100 discount on offer and get rid of the hassle of having to manually make payment every month. However, the debit order doesn't seem to work and DSTV won't honour the R100 discount even though I have sent them proof that I have set it up. They have no idea how to help me and have come up with various incorrect reasons on why it doesn't work and why I shouldn't get the R100 discount. Reasons include that the CREDIT CARD debit order only works with DEBIT cards. I can't believe that DSTV are so desperate to prevent me from getting a R100 discount that they will give me stupid reasons like that. To date, I have still not received any feedback and was threatened with having my service disconnected unless I made a payment. I really wish someone would give DSTV some competition because just like Telkom and Eskom, they don't believe in pleasing the customer when the customer has no other options.
