Struggeling with DStv

I have a debit order with DStv and since October 2012 (now 6 months)
every end of the month my signal is disconnected.
When I enquire what the problem is they say that the date
of the debit order has been moved e.g. the debit order was to go
through on the 27th but all of a sudden the date was moved to be
deducted on the 30th.
Although I have a debit order, DStv does not give any grace time, the signal
just gets disconnected at midnight. As far as I am concerned it is DStv's
responsibility to see that the debit order is deducted (as advertized on T.V.
one less worry to pay your accounts). The other problem is that after
one has sorted out the problem they still want to charge reconnection fees.
This takes another 15min. to argue the point. I live in a small community
and now that I talk about the problem I find out that I am not the only one.
I would like to know if there are any other subscribers that are struggeling
with the same problem. I want to make the public aware of the fact that
they must not pay the reconnection fees as it is DStv's fault that the
debit orders don't go through as stipulated by the contract one signs
when signing of with DStv.
