I receive the amount that needs to be paid monthly as a message on my decoder as I pay by EFT. On the 3rd of January I paid the amount of R650, more or less R6 more than what I was supposed to. So today, the 8th of January I switched on my tv so see that my subscription was deactivated due to payment... Second month in a row. So I contact the call centre as last mont I was deactivated due to a mistake on their side. But today I was told that I paid R14 short and was therefor deactivated, not once did I receive a message that I short paid and that I should pay x amount before a certain date. And now to top it all I have to pay an additional R50 to activate. This is a money making sceme!!! And then I was told it is beter to do debit order, this is the exact reason why I pay my accounts by EFT, because then I have control and they can't just take the money they want. I was therefor forced to pay R65 to get it activated, this is terrible service. It won't kill them to just send a notification for me to pay the short amount in time. I am totally disgusted with DSTV and their service, pathetic!! I have to waste atleaste R50 in airtime to do their work for them!!!
