Goodmorning sorry for only sending a email now but had to work I want to lay a complaint about our dstv we had a one year contract with dstv last year that was paid in full it expired on the end of september a lady phoned us on the 5th of october to ask if we want to renew the contract again and my husband told the lady we r not gonna renew it again because we are going to cape town on the 7th of october for 6 months to work there so we will activate the dstv when we come back in march 2013 when we got home we went to pay the dstv and to activate it and the lady at multychoice kempton park told us we owe R3702 on our dstv wich I will not pay because we did make arrangements and dstv never deactivated our dstv they only deactivated it in february wich isn't my mistake its dstv's mistake please come back to me with how we are going to fix this problem.
