Dstv is such a, repeats all the time and you pay for all the, this month i paid R 160 short on my subscription, i have been with them for more than 15 years, two days after payment they disconnect my services, how is that for loyalty, and i arranged to pay the arrears with my next invoice end of the month, then tried talking to the call center, what a mess, the agents doesn't know how to calculate the amounts properly, in 5 minutes she gave me four different amounts to pay, and then said they then owe me an amount of R438!!! i then told her to pay my money back that i have paid for the month and she said it cant be done.
i am totally disgusted with them and will not continue too pay the exorbitant amount they charge anymore, and i will propagate their incompetence as far as i go.
