I recently deactivated my subscription for the dstv compact bouquet online and kindly asked the dstv staff to confirm if this had been effected and also to stop the monthly recurring debit order that was linked to the account. To my disappointment it has been up approximately 2 weeks now and i am yet to get any feedback on the status of my request and would greatly appreciate it if i got assurance that the account has been deactivated and that not debit order will go through to settle a deactivated account.
