Multichoice deactivated our account (s/card Multichoice deactivated our account (s/card 4272313280) last month because they claim we missed the payment. We have stop order in place & the money was paid on the 21st. We pay them on that date every month. I sent them my bank statements to prove to them that money was paid in time. They acknowledged receipt of that payment. Now they have added R50 penalty against our account. I remember one consultant told me that they will debit our account with the same amount now they have done the opposite.
