Promises not kept and poor delivery on service

I suspended my Multichoice membership for the month I was not going to use it and to open it up again when I return. I was promised my debit order would not run off... Of course this was not the case.
After numerous calls and wasted airtime over R200 worth of waiting on a ridiculous call centres waiting line.
I was promised my debit order would be refunded by the 8th... Again a second promise was broken and no refund.
I called again to open up my membership again to find out that the refund was still not processed a FULL month later. The call centre was very happy to inform me that I can only receive my money within a week!! What is this?
I doubt I will activate my DSTV again, my close ones and family are aware of the issues and have experienced similar problems. We are all in the process of installing WIFI and there will be no need for DSTV especially if theres only ever issues.

Take your customers situations and respect them and their money. This whole negetive experience has cost me R1000 .
