Not submitting debit order as per agreement

I have an account DSTV with Multichoice and the agreement between us that they will submit debit order in to my account as i have provided my banking details however they are not submitting and and last month i called spoke to nohlahla thabetha the team leader she promised me that credit control will call me and the debit order will go off and i am still waiting for the call and again debit order not submitted and my services are blocked because DSTV did not submit the debit order . please DSTV provide service to your customers as i am sending this i have enough funds into my account waiting for you... what must one do to get better service from you?
