After months of refusing to go onto debit order, when I finally agreed my first debit order came to R10 000 instead of the R990 agreed upon, I then called spoke to a lady called Jabu who refused to let me speak to the supervisor as that person was in a meeting which was more important than the fact that they have disrupted my life by just that mistake, I told the lady they must take me off the debit system and I will continue paying cash as I always had, she agreed. I still insisted on speaking to someone about reversing this but was told I would have to send them proof that it was indeed debited. The phone cut, no one ever called me to resolve this issue, I did a reversal at my bank, and payed cash. To my absolute disgust and utter inconvenience yet again, Multichoice debited R9 000 from my bank account yesterday, without my permission, so how convenient is this debit order system? I'm really hurt and disappointed at the fact that it is so easy for Multichoice to just easily be able to debit so much money from my personal account twice and not even acknowledge their mistake... Who will pay for my other unpaid debit order charges? This has been such a horrible experience.
