Every month with out fail i am been disconnected by the accounts department as they are too lazy to locate a payment I had made in November with the wrong ref number I have on numerous occasions sent the POP to the accounts department, even took it into the N1 City branch personally then they reconnect just to disconnected again end of the month. To top it i must now hold on for up to 35minutes just to have this sorted again and to be reconnected again. Last night again it more then 30 minute calls and then waiting, is this another way to make money from me. they should install TOLL FREE lines if they cant sort out a persons query with in a limited time frame. I pay for my calls yet my account is up to date.
Maybe they need to put the staff on a training course to improve the accounts department to actually rectifiy the problems before just dissconneting people
