Still not happy with the Multichoice Service

Hi,
My partner made several calls to your call center to reconnect my TV and was told it will work without any hassles. The Tv was disconnected on the 03rd Jan and reconnected on the 06th Jan and disconnected the 07th Jan and reconnected again on the 08th and its disconnected AGAIN!!! after and assurance from Rob, Elana and other collegues that your system had problems and it is now fixed.

My partner received a response from multichoice team after laying a complaint via hellopeter saying the issue that was raised previously was sorted and they apologise for inconvenience caused. Guess what??? the TV is off again today after the assurance 3times if not more that the TV will not be disconnected. I AM SUPER ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE BAD SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE!!!
