Reporting me after payments???

I have been paying my account for DSTV every month and every month it is the same thing. They cut off my DSTV and I have to call them to get it reconnected. After the 3rd month I went to the Kimberley office where I gave them personally all my proof of payments. They send it through to the accounts department to get it sorted out. I have been to the office a few times again, calling them as well and having a fight with the people on the phones to get my DSTV reconnected and sending them also my proof of payments. Still, nothing has been done.

3 months later, nothing has happened further. They did not fix the account instead they just kept increasing my account what I owed them. After I closed my account in the Pretoria branch personally in Lynwood drv and once again forwarding all my proof of payments to the clerk.

My account have been closed for a whole month. I received an sms today that DSTV have the nerve to hand me over for debt collection after I was a numerous offices for the same problem and each time they will sort it out.

Very bad service! Worst I have ever received! Not even our government is as useless as Multichoice's account department!
