I am so tired of your crazy accounts department. When I left Cape Town I requested to downgrade from the full package to the Compact package. I then packed up and moved. This was in Jan 2013. When I phoned today to reconnect I was given an amount of R160.00 for the rest of this month. When I called to give them the receipt number I was told that my account was is arrears and that I owed a different amount of money from an outstanding account. I did not the amount out of my head. You gave me the amount. This is not the first time you have got my account wrong. Please could you just sort out the fiasco in your accounts department and stopped making your customers unhappy.
