The service or rather lack of Service I've received from Multi-choice has been disturbing. I'm highly frustrated and have had to make so many calls to them yet I'm still in the same position I was in since the first time I called.

On the 31st of December I first called Multi choice advising my remote and decoder were not responding and I couldn't watch TV - it was stuck on Chanel 100.

After a complete run around they eventually referred me to the branch and advised me they closed at 5. There I was at 3 outside reading a note sorry we closed at 2 today.

Past the public holiday, we went to the branch they said it was sorted and they wouldn't tell us which buttons they pressed so we could do it ourselves when we got home if the problem persisted, they wouldn't tell us.

Just as I thought when we got home it didn't work, left with the option to drive back for the secret code, or google as the call centre also doesn't know the secret code but google does.

But problem still persisted. After nobody could assist we took a decision to cancel DSTV. Now they can't seem to give me my money back, they've given me so many TAT that I've calmed down and stopped being so angry.
