I must start off by saying I am highly disappointed with the managements response to my complaint on Hello peter as the case has not been resolved as yet but they are saying it has

I complained about the shocking service we had at Gold Reef City on 28 December 2012 and then got an apology on the 3rd of Jan 2013 and was told that they would give us complimentary tickets to the park to visit again. On the 7th of Jan 2013 I got an email to say that they would require the stubbs (tickets) for their auditors purpose which we don't have anymore considering this is a week and a half later. I explained that we don't have the stubbs anymore and that I had returned to the UK but still had family members that had been with me at the park on the day and that they were still on holiday and would returning to the UK on the 11th of January and could they please try to resolve this ASAP. Well I am still waiting for a response from Millicent and the family are returning tomorrow

I think the manner this complaint has been dealt with is terrible and Im not happy about the service from Millicent and would like a response from her manager as to how this is going to get resolved
