Incorrect Packaging

Hi, I am totally frustrated with Joshua Doore in Parow Centre as well as Multi Choice in N1 City. 2 Weeks ago my mother purchased a TV set with decoder, after installation and all that, when DSTV should have been "watched" we found that there was NO REMOTE in the packaging, I called Joshua Doore and after how many calls they finally gave a remote to go with TV and DSTV purchased at the shop. Tested remote in shop and it worked, got home, remote did not want to work, how? we dont know. Went again 25 Jun 2013 to query remote not working, again the same story, was sent to N1 City's Multi Choice who does the packaging, they referred us back to the shop and confirmed that Joshua Doore should actually replace the CORRECT remote (even if the packaging was wrong on Multi Choice' side) then you get the ignorant and incompetent "Receptionist" at Multi Choice N1 City, who said, before me saying anything, that I should contact the call centre which I didn't want anything to do with seeing that my brother went into the branch the same day the shop sent him there. I need that remote replaced and the CORRECT 1 in working condition."Receptionist" was Thumile agent my brother dealt with was Pumza.
