Very angry customer that

I have just received a call from a company named VERICRED telling me that I owe multi-choice more than a R1000 for DSTV subscription and when I call Multi-choice to fin out about this they tell me that I owe R268, so how my name ended up at that debt collection company puzzles me, can I please get this sorted ASAP I don't want a bad credit recorder for a something that I don't even owe. very disappointed multi-choice I will be cancelling my DSTV subscription.
