I phoned multichoice to change my old dstv decoder to another dstv decoder which were used by my son in law. After hours of holding on at customer care I was helped. The person on the line told me all the things I needed to do to get the smartcard to work on the dstv decoder. All was done as said, but still the smartcard wouldn't work. It said 'smartcard is faulty ...'. They couldn't give me the correct assisstance on how to fix the problem But in the meantime this incompetent guy, disconnected my mnet decoder which wasn't the problem at all. Now I cannot watch the mnet at all and multichoice refuse to fix the problem, because of this incompetent person who cannot do his job properly. If I wanted to disconnect it I would have asked for it, which I haven't. If I want to watch mnet I must now pay for the installation, which is UNEXCEPTABLE!!! There is also no multichoice in Centurion which is frustrating."Jy word van bakboord na stuurboord gestuur". They also doesn't listen to a word you say, which is extremely frustrating. I phoned again to try to sort out the dstv decoder as well as the mnet decoder and all I got was sorry, cannot help you. That is highly UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
