Wanted to see 47 Ronin, last show of the evening. Got in line about 20/25 past eight (in my mind was not an unreasonable time to line up for a cash transaction). There were maybe15-max 20 people ahead. Realized after standing for how long and the que not going anywhere, saw one cashier, no manager around and 3 or for cashier/ushers going in and out the office and side exit door. A customer in front complained to one of the ushers and she kind of brushed him off to attend to another customer on the self help side (operative word is 'self-help'). And so we stood some more. My movie was due to open doors at 8:45 and giving ten - fifteen minutes for adverts, which I for one like to watch as I am an avid movie watcher and like to see the forthcoming attractions, by 9pm I was still in the line. I saw the manager on duties number on the wall and called him.
He told me to speak to the manager on duty, who until that time had not made any appearance to rectify the matter. Staff were walking in and out, looking at the crowd lined up and not doing any thing about it. My movie had started by now and it was to late for me to care.
Not an entertaining experience for me or my family. :(
