Bad and Rude Service by the Manage

Good Morning. Hereby do i wish to express my feeling and the humiliation wrt the way my family and i were treated at Ster Kinekor N1 City, Goodwood on 24/06/2013 at 20h00. We went to watch the movie Fast and Furious 6 at 20h00 with a age restriction of 13 LV. We were 5 people of which my cousin Lee were 12 years old. After purchasing the tickets for the movie as well as pop corn etc. we proceeded to watch the movie. it was brought to the attention by the manager on duty that there was a person under age with us. the manager however called Lee into a office and terrorise him without his moms consent wrt his age and threatened us that she will stop the movie. we decided that we will rather leave the cinema and rather request a refund for the tickets and luxuries, the manager however were so rude with us in front of her staff and threatened that she wont refund the luxuries after which we then received all our monies. this was the worst experience in my life that i received and will never encourage anybody to go to ster kinekor in N1 City Goodwood. i request a public apology from the manager in front of all her staff as well as the Head of Ster Kinekor South Africa. Thank you
