Lights on and doors open during movie

Went to see side effect 2015 show. Much to our dismay lights on and door open through whole movie. Sat in b1 and b2 so it would be akward to get up just to ask staff to do what is required of themo After movie I went to front desk to ask to speak to manager. Boy on duty Daniel says no the manager is cashing up. So clearly upset clients means nothing to ster kinekor! Top it off when movie ended lights went off!!! Totall disgusted
