Bad service

This past Saturday, my boyfriend and I have gone to watch a movie at the Sterland theater in Arcadia, Pretoria. I wanted to make 2 enquires;
1. about an e-movie ticket I wanted to use. 2. To buy an extra ticket using my accumulated points.
The cashier I had spoken to didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about and wouldn't go speak to anyone who knew better. After having to buy both tickets, we went to purchase snacks at the concession stands. Upon our order of a medium combo, to my shock and dismay, the cashier tells us that there are no medium cups for our beverages and there is nothing she can do about it. So we had to order something we didn't even want. When then went to the theatre to watch the movie, there was such a crowd instead of a line to the usher who appeared to be lost in the crowd. I've never had reason to complain about Sterkinekor before this unfortunate evening.
