Worst movie experience ever Ster Kinekor Centurion

Went to go and see Despicable Me 2. Got there at 11.20. Only 1 cashier open in school holidays on a Friday when new movies start. Stood in the line for 30minutes! Had to send my 2 little girls to stand in line for snacks to try and get into the movie on time. Got to the front and guess what, no slush puppies! We only got into the movie at 12 o clock, which means we missed the first 15 minutes of the movie my girls could not wait to see! When I opened my 3d glasses it was broken!! This was our worst movie experience EVER! This after we had to pay R176 for the movie! Ridiculous! I decided to phone Ster Kinekor's complaints line and held on for almost 8 minutes when I decided this is a lost cause!
