I booked movie tickets to avoid the queues as I wanted to watch a movie after work and new I woukd be late. I go to the cinema and the reference never worked. A friendly staff member directed me to the manager. The manager rold me that its not his problem that I cannot print my tickets and I shoild stand in te line. There was abt20 people in front off me. After naking me wait for quite some time he called me to the front of th line to help. To late asi missed some of the movie already. How sad that this is what customer service has come to. Your once loyal custome
