Ushers need to be more aware

I went to a movie yesterday (13.01.2013) and what is meant to be a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare, patrons were talking and on their blackberrys constantly one patron even took a call and had conversation on her phone for 10min, i went to look for a manager and was told by the ushers outside that he was not in... i feel ster kinekor need to have ushers doing random checks on the cinema and keep an eye out for patrons mishbehaving, also not much advertising gets done about switching phones off, i think its highly selfish why come to a movie if you going to talk and message other people on your phone. i wont be going to movies again in a hurry i will rather wait for the dvd but i feel you need to take action as i have spoken to numerous people and they all have had similiar experiences.
