Not helpful while taken my money

They installed Ds Tv. In my house about 3 weeks back & its not working. I called them the said I must call the installer to come fix it but he was not helpful then I called call centre again they say they will call the installer while I am on the line I told them I am running out of units as I have been calling them & holding for a long time, I asked them to call me back but no one did. They never solved my problem & I am very frustated about this, really the service there is bad
