So last week around 7/8 November Multi Choice made some changes to there HD PVR decoders. At 1st my main HD decoder didn't work, got fixed with lots of effort after two days. No answer in Call Centre. Held on the call for more than 20min more than once. The next day after my picture was back my Extra view stopped working. After again two days it started working. I have multiple tv's set up in my house that can view the two channels, Primary decoder and extra view set up, now i cant view anything on the other TV's. So I was told to get a technician out. I am sorry, but its not my fault that its not working so I am not willing to fix dstv's problems at my expense since I didn't do or ask for this upgrade/change. (I was told by the call centre agent a software upgrade was done after asking for help on the Facebook page)
I have to pay them every month on time but without any notice our service was out for a few days. Unacceptable.
