I am so disgusted by the service once again received from
Dstv! My poor 85 year old grandmothers house was hit by lighting last
night resulting in both her TVs being blown. She called Dstv as she
has insurance on her account and once more the pathetic call centre
who couldn't be bothered to actually do their job and assist, tell my
gran her account is cancelled and they want proof that she paid her
account and had it reinstated. What?!? Is it soooo hard to check your
system and see that her account is in actual fact active and
furthermore that in December we had paid in R532. I want this resolved
ASAP! Not by a call centre agent who couldnt give a dam but by a senior
manager. Further to that I want an apology as this has caused my gran
stress and had us all up in arms. Below as per the monthly statement I receive on behalf of gran, is her
account number, smart card number and the details of the last payment.
