Multichoice DSTV took my money. REFUSES SERVICES

As usual over the past years, as per every month end, I pay all my creditors by EFT via my Bank. Multichoice was paid on 28.11.2013. On 5.12.2013 they informed me by sms that they disconnected my services, because they did not receive my monthly payment which was due on 5.12.2013. I immediately lodged a complaint with Multichoice. My Bank also confirmed that my payment in favour of Multichoice was paid to & received by Multichoice. My payment to Multichoice is also confirmed on my Bank statement. All my e-mails to Multichoice are answered by denial of any money received by Multichoice. They are also slow to react & refuses to confirm if they are looking for my payment. Instead they keep on throwing the ball back at me & demands that I must prove that I paid them. This is the first time in all of my payments history over all the years that any creditor claims not receiving my payment by EFT. I strongly suspect that Multichoice is using bullying tactics to harass me by attempting to force me to pay by debit order, (i.e. their latest campaign) which I do not prefer. THEY HAVE MY MONEY, BUT REFUSE ANY SERVICES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY CAN KEEP THEIR SERVICE & PRODUCT!
