PATHETIC SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY

IN VERY FEW WORD, I AM DUSGUSTED AND TOTALLY ANNOYED AT THE SERVICE PROVIDER MULTI CHOICE.FIRSTLY THEY STAFF IS NOT TRAINED WELL, AS ALL CONSULTANTS GIVE IN A DIFFERENT STORY WHEN U CALL IN.
I CALLED IN TO RECACTIVATE MY SERVICES AS I TEMPOARY SUSPENDED IT FOR PERSONAL REASON, WHEN I DID WAS ADVISED SERVICES WILL BE ACTIVATED AND AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF 23.15 IS DUE, I CONFIRMED I WILL MAKE PAYMENT WITH MY NEXT INSTALMENT WHICH IS ON THE 3RD JANUARY 2014.
A DAY LATER MY SERVICES WAS SUSPENDED FOR R23.15.I CALLED IN AND ADVISED THAT I WAS NOT ADVISED I NEEDED TO MAKE THAT PAYMENT ASAP, CONSULTANT ADVISED THAT THEY WILL REACTIVATE THE SERVICES ..BUT R23.15 IS OUTSTANDING, I EMPHASISED THAT I WILL ONLY MAKE PAYMENT WITH THE NEXT PAYMENT WHICH IS ON THE 3RD JANUARY 2014.CONSULTANT ONCE AGAIN DOES NOT EMPHASISE that i have to pay or my services will be suspended again. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AS I DID MAKE COMMITMENT THAT I WILL PAY ON THE 3RD WITH MY NEXT INSTALLMENT AND NOW MY SERVICES IS SUSPENDED AGAIN.
MULTI CHOICE DOES NOT PROVIDE QULITY SERVICES TO THEIR CLIENT, BUT QUICK TO SUSPEND THE SERVICES FOR 23.15 PATHETIC
