In April of 2012, I got divorced and took ownership of the exsisting contract, and my ex linked his duel decoder to that account while he still shared premisis with me. Then on the 29th of November2012, he moved out and had to set up his own account and so multichoice stopped the exsisting account altogether and opened new accounts for both of us. Payments have always been by Debit order which hasnt changed.
My next Debit Order went off to MULTICHOICE on the 3rd of December 2012 - multichoice denies this even though I have sent proof of payment! So MULTICHOICE proceeded to debit me with a double payment on the 2nd of January 2013. It is clear from their attitude that they "dont feel like" looking for my payment - they have my bank statement and the email from my bank confirming the account details where the money was paid to, but they still insist i go back to my bank. I have done all I can to prove my case - multichoice owes me a refund and an appology!
