I have just bought a DSTV and tried to call the call centre 011 2892267 on the 12th of December between 18:30 and 18:35 and spoke to a lady who identified herself as Muriel. I had to insist for her to give me her name and when I request for a surname she refused. I wanted to know how to go about registering the decoder and to make payment. I have a decoder but this one buying for my parent. She said "if you have a dish you should know about the terms and conditions' what terms and conditions? she dropped the line and taking an advantage that she refused to give me her details. I had it with the poor pathetic and NON-EXISTENCE of cuctomer care at Multichoice. Either you hold for hours, calls are just dropped, no follow through. Either they will tell you that maybe you spoke to a call centre agent in Cape Town, Florida or Randburg. Is it because they are the 1st ones to be accepted in SA and got themselves a number of clients? Are we the victims of poor service from Multichoice. I just pray that TopTv can rescue us or another provider emerge.
