Decoder not working - NO RESPONSE to assist us

We got a new white decoder from Star Sat (it used to be Top Tv) and we contacted 4 people on their Help desk because it says on the box you must phone them and they will phone you back. Only one guy phoned us back but he never phoned us when the thing had finished as he said he would so we didn't finish the update. We don't know what to do also I phoned someone to come out today and the man never came. Need a response from Top Tv and assistance in getting the decoder up and running. Also need to be called back when we are told we will be called back. We are pensioners and not having tv is a big headache for us. The constant calls to Top Tv is costing us but we are not getting the response we expect to get for a service we pay for. Very disappointed in Top Tv and poor service regarding feedback as well as assistance and detailed help in order to enjoy our tv again.
