NEW DECODER

My decoder keeps restarting - last week Monday i paid R300 for a new one, and deposit the money and emailed cnf. i was advised that a new decoder would be couriered to me, During the call i asked how long the new decoder would take and was told 24 hours. On Wednesday it had not arrived so i phoned again - my payment could not be traced so i resent it. On Thursday when calling i was told that it would be delivered on Friday. On Saturday i phoned again as it still had not been delivered. i was told that it was with the logistics company but they did not work on weekends but the decoder would definitely be delivered on Monday. I was in fact promised it would come today - as we are unable to watch TV as the decoder just keeps restarting. Now i phoned in as it still has not arrived and im told it could take weeks still. This is just not acceptable - every time i phone in I'm given another story.
