Account paid until middle April but no tv

My Starsat decoder was of because of an unpaid subscription, i bought a voucher at pep stores and phoned the voucher nr in. The consultant told met to go and buy 2 more vouchers, we did so and phoned the vouchers nrs in. the lady told me that it was not necessary, as my starsat account is now paid until middle April. my decoder is switched off from yesterday and i phoned them, after a lot of airtime she phoned me back twice. my decoder is still off and when i phoned them this morning and asked them to phone me back becuase my airtime is low, the man told me he cant phone me back. but yesterday they phoned me twice. my airtime is finished and my decoder is still of. what must i do now. all that money that i paid and no tv.. my customer nr there is 000021634. my name is Gerda Blignaut and my cell nr is-0764671411
