No rental due to shops inexperianced people

I went to take out a movie last night - sunday night movie night :)
I get to Kraaifontein Mnr Video which I have been a member off since 2008.
A I walked in the cashier immediately told us about his manager being off to hospital other one being sick so here's no managers - (by this time I thought they are closing cause the guy stopped us in our tracks as we entered. Just to explain further that he does not have any notes in his till?!!!
We where looking for Twilights new movie breaking dawn 2 as the others came onto mnet and I was in the mood to watch the hole lot after one another. When we could net get the movie the cashier told us the movie is on MNET tonight - SO YAY!!! so we took out other 2 movies.
Just to get to the counter and have the cashier tell me they cannot find my details on the system???
they cant track me via my id or my address and even my card which I got from them! - I take out movies every 2nd month and he told me if I don't take out under 2 months I get taken off their system?? So he told me I cannot rent from them! and to top it all off TWILIGHT BREAKING DAWN 2 WAS NOT ON MNET THAT NIGHT!!! SO I GOT BOTH WAYS!!! PETHETIC!!
