I APPLY ON THE 02 DECEMBER 2013 FOR A NEW DECODER (STAR SAT DECODER) AFTER 7 DAYS I PHONE THEM AND THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T"T EMAIL MY PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THEM OK I EMAIL IT AGAIN 3 TIMES AND I PHONED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME MY REFERENCE NUMBER ISN'T CORRECT AFTER THAT THEY SAID THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK, THERE ACCOUNTANT'S DEPARTMENT WILL PHONE ME TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WILL COME TO DELIVER MY DECODER .AND STILL I WAITING TIL NOW ITS ALREADY 3 WEEKS AND NOT 7 WORKING DAYS ANY MORE . SO WHAT MUST I DO NOW!!!
