Lack of proper assistance

I tried to register for cellphone banking and kept getting an error message to say that my card is blocked. I called the call centre yesterday and the guy transfered me to someone, then when i got through to that department, the consultant told me that she cannot help me and that I have to phone the call centre AGAIN, which i did, only to be told i have to go into a branch to reset my pin. Today, i decided to go to the claremont branch, the lady assisted me and told me that my pin has to be reset but that i can keep my same pin which i did and she said i can now register for cell phone banking. Getting back to my office, i decided to register and once again, i got the error message to say that my card is blocked and that i must either visit a branch or call the call centre. I did both of that already and yet, my card is still blocked. So, what exactly am i suppose to do now???
