Well done to Patience/Precious (very sorry forgot her name) for ensuring that I get through to the correct person and that my query was sorted. I had a very taxing day with trying to get through to your call centre and she made sure that i get through to the correct person and that I was finally assisted.
Well done to her and I hope that she is rewarded for being able to put herself in the clients shoes and going the extra mile.
